We had a great experience overall for our 3 day stay here. The hotel was nice and clean (probably one of the cleanest we've been to), they do inform you at check-in that house keeping is only done every other day but do appear to give you the option to request having it done daily. Room was nice and spacious, simply but modern, our bathroom came with a new standing shower which we like. Location-wise this is the first time we stayed on this side of Dallas, surprisingly for a hotel that's just off of the free-way it's very nice and quiet. Parking was plentiful as you get access to a 3-level opened-garage parking style next to the hotel (so it's not a long walk across the street or anything). Pool area was small but very nice and breakfast is always good and fresh with adequate options.

This is the nicest hotel stay I have had in a long time. The rooms were perfectly clean and the morning breakfast was fresh. The staff was friendly and well trained. I will stay here when I travel through Dallas from now on.

Fantastic stay. 10/10 on cleanliness. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had some of the BEST continental breakfast we’ve ever had. The hot tub could’ve have some stronger jets but was still hot and relaxing. The area you can tell is new and upcoming. Highly recommend!

Stayed 3 nights. Liked the room and bed overall. Breakfast was standard. Just know the walls are wafer thin you might as well pretend they don't exist. You can hear everything around you. I picked a room that was at least 5 rooms away from the elevator and I could still hear the elevator ding every time someone used it.

Wonderful hotel, nice clean and quiet rooms. Great breakfast. Love the firm and comfortable beds, slept like a baby. Has a small indoor pool with a nice hottub! Very freindly staff. I have the Hilton honors app, so i was able to choose my own room and get a digital key. When we arrived, all we did was park and go straight to our room.

We had the opportunity to stay at this property for 5 weeks. The rooms and all of the amenities are 10/10 on cleanliness and condition.

The staff where some of the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel that we've ever stayed in -

The general manager, Patrick - the sales manager, Ruth were both great to work with and they treat their team like their most valuable asset

The entire staff from the front desk, food service, maintenance and custodial are all happy, friendly and cheerful. Everyone was willing to go above and beyond on any request.

The pool was always in great shape, the workout room has great equipment - and I mean really good - including a peloton bike, rowing machine and full set of dumbbells.

The breakfast items, both hot and cold, were all great and they mix it up on different days, with bacon and sausage to keep it from getting to monotonous. Luckily, there were waffles everyday!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay here.

The best thing about the hotel was the rooms; they were spacious and comfortable. The rooms had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I would not recommend the breakfasts, but this is me being really picky because I enjoy fresh eggs, and the ones served tasted a bit off. However, there was fruit and cereal, which helped. The only thing we didn’t like was that the rooms were cleaned every other day.

Positive: It was easily the nicest and cleanest Hampton Inn that I have stayed. I've traveled all over the country and we usually try to find a Hampton Inn. This location was absolutely way above the others. Courteous and polite staff. Negative: I liked everything. Nothing to change. Extremely clean.
