DHL IS SO TRASH! I did a signature release form Monday. My package was out for delivery on Thursday the delivery driver put it as could not deliver due to me not being at home AFTER I completed the signature release form. I talked to two managers who apologized and gave me false hope that it’ll be here today. Such liars. The package was put for delivery today and I’ve been at home!!! It happened again could not deliver due to me not being home. DHL IS FULL OF IDIOTS! I asked to just return the package to the sender and give me back all of my money because OBVIOUSLY DHL wants my package more than me. 0/5 stars! I’ll never buy from SHEIN again if this who they’re going to send my package through!

My package was shipped from the UK. Required a signature at delivery. What should take 1 day to deliver took 5 days!!! Customer service/ tracking information kept stating on the truck, out for delivery when it had not even cleared customs? Than I was given a window of 2:30-4:30pm for the delivery so I would be home to sign for the package. No one showed up, yet at 5:21pm DHL sent me an email stating " sorry we missed you" please arrange redelivery"? My husband & I were home the entire time and we have cameras on our house that proved a DHL No Show.
When I called Customer Service in Costa Rica, the agent advised that delivery state your not home all the time when it's not accurate or they don't want to deliver? Finally, the next day I receive notification that the delivery will be 3pm- 5pm. Then later in thr evening we noticed on our cameras a DHL truck had been at our home....no doorbell or knock. The driver just left the package in the middle of out front porch visible to the street. No signature was given or anything? The driver managed to stay clear not to be photographed at out front porch but we clearly could see him run back to his truck clearly after just throwing the package on our front porch. Lucky we have cameras or we never would have known it was delivered and could possibly bern stolen this holiday time of year. When I demanded a copy of the delivery paperwork that I was suppose to sign, the driver put, " company stamp"! I am not a company and never signed for my package which was paid extra for that service! I have requested a supervisor from DHL call me and so far that has fallen on deaf ears!!@
Pathetic Service, shady drivers, fabrication of communication. I would highly advise using another carrier, there are many out there that are trust worthy!!!

This company is the absolute worst. I paid an additional $59 to have my package delivered to me before leaving town for two weeks. The package left it's originated location on Dec 12th, and I was told I would receive it on Dec 17th before 12pm. The package didn't show. I called customer service and was told the package would arrive December 18th between 3pm and 5pm, so once again, I arranged to take off work to make sure I would be home to sign for the package. I checked the tracking once again and the package left Miami, FL and is now in Cincinnati, OH. when it was suppose to be headed to Reagan National Airport. This company is a joke!!!!! This is not the only time I've had issues with DHL Express, but this takes the cake. Not only am I out $59 for a guaranteed delivery date, but I'm also out time off work to make sure I'd be home for the delivery. Every time I spoke with a customer service representative, I received empty promises. Why make someone pay for a guaranteed delivery date when you can't deliver on the promise? Now I have an expensive item being delivered to me and no one will be home to receive it. This company needs to go out of business. Worthless!!!!! If given the choice, ship with a different carrier!

This has been a horrible experience trying to receive my package. My order was shipped two weeks ago.It was supposed to arrive 12-18-24.Everyday I've reached out to the call center and everyday they tell me it's a the service center or it's out for delivery. You can't call directly to the service center and talk to a terminal manager or anything like that.Also app says my package is still on hold It hasn't updated in four days.Supposably someone attempted to deliver it on 12-19-24 but there's nothing on my camera's and there's always somebody home at my house. I've been in logistics sense Roadway packing service became FedEx Ground we I worked.I don't feel like I'm being treated rite as a costumer!!!

Awful awful awful experience. sent box through my baggage with DHL as the courier. This was covered by a Transfer of residence issued by UK customs allowing import of these items duty free. DHL are trying to charge duty. My baggage contacted DHL customs clearance who stated the TOR was accepted and not sure why duties were being charged by DHL. DHL stated delivery refused nobody called as confirmed by saved ring doorbell history. Called customer service goy a so called International shipping expert called louis ( in India I think) this specialist didn't even know what a TOR was when I asked for a supervisor he hung up. Don't know where DHL get the authority to charge duty that supersedes UK customs and excise If you want efficient honest service go elsewhere

DHL said they tried to drop off a package but I wasn't home for the signature, it's a lie, I was home, my doorbell camera didn't catch anything, no notes was left on my door. I have to rearrange another day to stay home for the package, this is very convenient and frustrating. I would give a 0 star if I could.

This company is the absolute worst!!!!!!! Zero stars! 8 packages later and the drivers are still allowed to lie and say they attempted delivery as I’m on the couch by the door. They continue to inconvenience customers and there is no accountability… I will often avoid using a company if I know DHL is the only carrier. You would have thought over the years, they would have become better. However, they are still unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Do better!
