Very very bad customer service they give false promises and don't deliver parcels on time this was very worst experience for me from bluedart I hope you read this try to improve I will not ask for the reimbursement for the extra expense that I had to incur just improve your customer service staff and Don't lie to customers.

Very Good service, one day delivery of my important documents parcel. Specially the lady officer (don't know the name of her I visited between 2022-2024), in south tukoganj branch, Indore is humble & cooperative in nature keep it up blue dart service. Thank you.

too much attitude of the reception staffs (both) as if they own the blue dart and DHL. Did not like the attitude as if the customer cant Offord the price of Blue Darts that's not a positive attitude. its a Buyers market remember that.

Very very pathetic service experience is very bad customer care number always busy. The response from the branch also very bad. No one is try to solve the problem of costomer. When I reach to the branch to receive my parcel their response was like they are doing it for free, very very bad response i received from the Blue dart (Near by Surya hotel, Indore, MP) branch.very lazy staff and customer care also gives false commitment for delivery of product.

Worst staff ever . They don’t respond properly.
Not at all punctual with there pickup timings .
If we call managers for solutions they also didn’t respond especially Pravin.
