I’ve been here a lot since I’ve been in the area for a while, so I feel like I’ve really figured it out. The issues I have with them seem like an issue with Quest itself, not this location.

If you schedule an appointment you’re unlikely to have to wait long. I would highly recommend confirming your doctor sent your order in before you go so there’s no issues. If you do a walk in, wait times are going to be long. Just know that it can be an hour or more, so bring a book or something. They’re crazy busy here at all hours of the day. Mornings are insane.

Employees are kind and do their best to help, but they’re expected to do a LOT. Like they check your insurance, find your lab orders, collect payment when needed, assist those having trouble with finding orders or checking in, and do the actual blood draws and such. I’ve never had them tell me anything incorrect with insurance or payment, which is really nice. Never had an additional bill after seeing them.

This location seems understaffed for the volume they see some days. Walk ins should be expected at a lab work place like this and the amount of appointments they schedule in a short amount of time is insane… One morning I tried to do a walk in and waited 90 minutes and still couldn’t be seen. The employee was apologetic and told me they just had a crazy amount of appointments scheduled that day and they have to prioritize those who are scheduled. That’s totally fair, but it seems wrong to allow that many people to schedule in such a small amount of time. It would be impossible to see them all on time.

Also, the tablet check in is easy for most, but the elderly patients or those who just aren’t tech savvy were struggling. This made it hard for the employees because they either had to go out and help them use it, or they tried to talk them through it from behind the counter. Quest should really staff an admin person or something so you have an option where you can talk to a real person OR use the tablet. People in the waiting room were helping those who couldn’t figure out the tablet, which is great they were willing to do that, but isn’t a good reflection on the business.

Fantastic experience here! The phlebotomist was very friendly and professional. I don’t like getting blood drawn and it helped so much to be in a supportive environment.

I scheduled an appointment and had virtually no wait, and was in and out of there in less than twenty minutes.

Thank you to the team there for such a seamless experience!

quick, easy and convenient to schedule appointment even though it was last minute. wait time was acceptable as the waiting room was full but not crowded. staff was friendly and welcoming. the person who took the samples was very skilled because it's hard to find my vein. It was painless and quick.

My husband had an appointment for bloodtest 4pm today. He is having a gout flare and is wearing crutches. The staff ( OLD ASIAN LADY, not filipina coz Filinos are not like that) who assisted him was rude and didnt care that my husband is handicapped. My husband couldnt hold his specimen cup for urine coz he has the crutches but this lady didnt help him at all when my husband ask for her help with it. She even told her colleague that she shouldnt have come to work today because her day was already ruined. The staff should be sensitive enough for the needs of their patients

Unacceptable Treatment and Lack of Professionalism

I am extremely disappointed with the service my 86-year-old grandfather received during his recent visit. Despite having both email and text confirmations for his appointment, the employee at the front desk insisted on a code that we never received. My grandfather has been fasting, and I’ve been scheduling his tests for over three years without any problems—this was a first.

The employee showed no empathy or professionalism. He coldly suggested my grandfather could be put on standby, despite us showing proof of confirmation. He had no concern that my elderly grandfather would have to wait hours without food, water, or his medication, which is completely unacceptable for someone of his age.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s borderline elder abuse. I will be reporting this incident to corporate, as no 86-year-old should be subjected to such disregard for their health and well-being. Your company should seriously reconsider hiring employees who lack basic decency and compassion, especially when dealing with the elderly. This behavior is disgraceful and reflects poorly on your entire organization.

I had an excellent experience in this unit. The team connected, Magali and Ruby were two prepared employees and for an emergency service, I was unpretentious, “walk in” and it took 30 minutes to be seen and with the laboratory full. I was very satisfied with this laboratory.

The worst place that people can visit, staff members are not professionals to deal with the patients. The old lady who works here is terrible, mean, cruel, and unpolite. Quest only seeks the money that comes from all the tests they performed, but they don't care about making patients feel comfortable and the lack of communication with patients. Staff members are rude and mean. They are cruel with walkings so they shouldn't take any walkings.

I will be back at this location—Ruby was such a sweet, excellent phlebotomist. Put me right at ease, was very accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable. That went a long way in creating a welcoming environment.
