We went to Totally gruesome 4 years ago at a different location and was blown away. We thought we join again at the new location and was left so disappointed. No riddles for the kids to solve just a room of different themes. Nothing to separate them, no themed music for the areas. I was left so disappointed having traveled an hour and paid £28 for 'an hours experience ' we were done in 15 minutes looking at everything with a toddler. They had a colouring table but all the same sheet of paper and the box was mostly pencils with a few colours

Nice neighborhood town center with good number of stores to choose from for shopping. Instead of driving down to the city center you can easily stop by here and grab the things you need

Busy car park. Lots of shops open, good selection of foods. Massive tesco, sometimes called bucket ? city as when it rains ? the roof leaks all over. Card shops, nandos, subway, Domino's etc. Better just to go and look around. Or go across tonhome bargains, the food warehouse

This place has a bad reputation as a ghost town, yet it has some great stores. The biggest tesco, brilliantly stocked B&Ms, Savers, and Specscart, a top quality opticians with free eye tests and a huge array of low-priced glasses. Round the corner are The Range, M&S, Pets at Home, to mention a few, plus the friendliest little McDonald's.

Don't bother! So many empty units and vast oceans of nothingness. The only things that are full are the multitude of buckets for the leaking roof! So much potential wasted. Not the bustling open shopping arcade it used to be many years ago. Big problem with anti social behaviour, especially in the car park under Tesco. The escalators never work and the lifts are hit and miss. Unless you want Tesco, don't waste your time. Shame.

Went to this place for the Christmas event.

Firstly when arriving the windows and doors were all smashed and the main entrance was closed due to this reason. So, we had to wander through Tesco to get in.

Once in it was like a ghost town, no shops open and mainly empty units. Had a good walk around because it was so badly posted and had to ask a cleaner for directions.

Once there and inside the event it was poor, same as last year but obviously neglected since last year to a point where the props looked like they needed some attention. Don't get me wrong! So the rooms were still nicely done.

Once at the end where you can meet Santa, there was a wait for about 45mins to see Santa... Waiting inline within a tiny corridor. It was pretty bad.

As a result I certainly wouldn't recommend it or return.

It's busy but sad to see how empty the shopping centre is. Tesco's dominates over all the megastore of Europe and sells everything from wide-screen TVs to spare plugs clothing to bananas. Other shops can't compete on the precinct. So larger shops are outside. B&M, m&s food hall, Aldi and a few others. Shame really as only large shops survive

Everything you need really, Few supermarkets , food places-mcdonalds,kfc,dominoes, nandos and subway, the shopping center has Tesco and other cheap shops, card shop etc, B&Ms in the shopping center and also home bargains at the retail park next to the food warehouse and pure gym. Good size Range shop next to marks and spencers, pets at home next to Aldi, Only thing they don't have up there is a shoe shop, think they could do with one otherwise great.
