Newly renovated hotel with wonderful staff and just 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. King bedroom suite was very spacious with full kitchen including dishwasher, and good counter and workspaces. Apologies for limited photos. Highly recommend!

Spent 2 nights there recently and we were pleased overall. Room was quiet (3rd floor). Included breakfast had a good variety of items. Great coffee! I'm on a low cholesterol diet and they have almond milk! Yay! Also the 2 ladies at the desk (Nadia and Julia) were extremely helpful and friendly! Will stay there again.

This place is amazing.. And what makes it amazing is all the great people that work here. They have become my friends. I've been here for a week and a half with a family member in the hospital. They always say hello and ask me how I'm doing. And the staff that cleans the rooms are also amazing. They're a great team.
The fire pit is worth checking out.

I travel to Wauwatoso frequently staying 5-7 days at a time. I have been to other hotels but keep coming back to this one. For an extended stay, this has become my go to. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are super comfortable. The staff, especially the person prepping breakfast are friendly and helpful. Speaking of breakfast, they have a nice variety that is hot and tasty. If there is a downside to staying here, would say there is always some little irksome maintenance issue, this time the icemaker wasn't working in our fridge and we had to go to the first floor for ice from the machine. Minor issues aside, if you need to be close to MCW and its hospitals or just want to hang in Tosa, I will recommend the Residence Inn. Who knows you may see me there.

Awesome Marriott location! I was able to apply a gift card to the purchase with no hassle and was greeted each time I entered the property no matter the hour. Clean facilities and the breakfast was well maintained and satisfactory.

Customer service was very poor. I asked the front desk on 3 separate times for shower conditioner, was told it would be taken care of and it wasn't. I don't recommend this hotel due to the customer service.

Staff is amazing. Lobby is nice. What I am writing is not the fault of the staff but most likely the Marriott corporation letting things go because they don’t want to spend money on basic upkeep. You can tell when a company isn’t investing to
Improve their property. The property is beginning to look worn out. The hall carpets are badly stained on the third floor. The room I was given had lots of things neglected, like pieces peeling off lamps, broken lampshades, thread bare carpets, broken dish towel holder, torn upholstery on the couch and pink mold around the shower base (the kind that carries the strep throat virus).

You can hear your neighbors above you.

Again, the staff was great and obviously works hard but unless Marriott wants this hotel to become another run down hotel, like all the others in this neighborhood (aside from The Renaissance), it’s not worth the price.

I will never understand why companies as rich as Marriott let their properties slowly go downhill. In a year, this place will look like a motel, not a hotel.
