Well, we all love to complain about the DMV. I was bracing myself for a visit. I had to update my license status and change my address, and couldn't make an appointment for either.

Here's what happened: I was in and out in 10 minutes and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. As part of the process I had to have a new photo taken, and the camera man kept making me laugh. I walked out in a state of shock.

Dare I say I enjoyed going to the DMV?! That might be a bit strong. But, it was wonderful to be proven wrong.

I arrived early to avoid the long lines, but the experience still ended up being frustrating. While the staff were somewhat helpful when I finally got to speak with them, there was a major issue with communication. I waited over 2 hours, and they called my number during an outside inspection without making it clear. When I asked about it, they told me to get a new number, which meant starting over after all that time. I’ve been here since 8 AM and ended up missing a class because of the confusion. I appreciate the staff’s eventual help, but the overall lack of organization made this visit very frustrating.

I'm disappointed by the lack of consideration for those with disabilities at this DMV. One must wait in the same check-in line as those with appointments, which took about 1 hour to get up to the counter.

The staff’s attitude could also be improved. While I understand their job can be challenging, a little courtesy and a smile goes a long way.

If you have a disability, I recommend avoiding this location unless you have a minimum of 2 hours to spare.

The DMV is a service for all citizens, not a test of endurance and patience. Management needs to reconsider its policies and staff training to better serve its community.

This is my fourth time at this DMV. Three of these four times their system has gone down. This time, I asked if they could give us numbers so that we can sit down rather than stand for hours waiting in line. She informed me they couldn't put numbers in the system. I said I understand that but maybe you could just give us numbers on paper so we could at least be comfortable. No, she says even though the employees are doing nothing because the entire system is down. It is mind-boggling how unbelievably inconsiderate and malicious this city is towards its residents. Eventually, people will start getting tired of paying the highest tax rates in the country to be abused

this place doesn't at all align with my expectations for a DMV. i expect the workers to be listless and rude.

at this particular DMV, the workers were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. they really cared about getting everyone through in a timely manner, too. i even saw a smile on most peoples' faces. it was unexpected to say the least.

i'm rating this at 1 star because as a society we need to gatekeep certain things.

Massive shout out to examiner Edgar, gives great advice on how to stay safe on the roads and was really helpful. Made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel, which is uncommon nowadays, and I passed because of this

Didn't have an appointment, just walked in and was out in less than 30 minutes.
Everyone was super helpful and eager to make the process easy.
The person in window 10, was amazing and did my plate work fast.
