No free parking. Helpful and nice lady at the counter. Nurse was nice too. Service is slow. Long lines from opening to noon. Very thankful for their free flu shot. Will come back next year.

Great staff, front desk, and very helpful nurses!

Unfortunately, it was Dr. Hong that was NOT great. I was very sick and feared I had Monkeypox. I had chills, fatigue, fever, migraines, body aches and very swollen lymph nodes.

He didn't believe me and said it was skin infection and rushed me out. I wasn't even in the exam room for more than two minutes!!!

I then went to the other health clinic near Leimert Park and described my symptoms and they immediately put on hazmat gear, isolated me and swabbed my blisters for (Orthopoxvirus) and told me to isolate for a week. A few days later they confirmed I had monkeypox and followed up with me too see If I was okay.

Had I not got a second opinion at Ruth Temple Health Center, I would have gone back to work and given Monkeypox to a LOT of people. Please tell your Physicians to be more diligent and mindful next time, its a public safety concern!!!

The receptionist here was so mean and rude. I tried to come up and explain to her about my dad's appointment because we weren't there for Covid-19 vaccine but scheduled with a public nurse for TB test results and medicine on a different floor. No one informed us that there was a line waiting outside to register and as I walked up ( there was nobody behind me) and trying to talk to her. She rudely interrupted, glared, and yelled at me to get in line. Like I was not cutting anyone off and there's no need to be so rude about that. You are highly educated and working for us, the community. Or maybe because we were the ONLY Asians there. Even the securities felt bad for me. I ended up letting the male security know about our situation. He had to come up and talk to her for us. Everyone else was so nice here except for that receptionist. Very rude and unprofessional. Wish I know her name and there's a way to complain about her behaviors.

I personally have had a bad experience with the Chest place on the second floor. I was there to request medical information release as a middle man by the doctor and the nurse knew what to do, but this woman named Emily would not allow the information release and further wasted my time by going downstairs and telling the guard at the front that we were requesting information from 2 years ago!!! That's not cool! You don't tell ANYONE anything especially what seems to be "confidential information". Sure this place is free, but I can tell you: FREE DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. Emily is especially rude to me and my family and we've never done anything to her. I was given a request form just to get a call that it has been denied because the information is incorrect when their paper doesn't say ANYWHERE that the doctor has to sign...IF POSSIBLE I'D GIVE EMILY A -100% RATING. Even the nurse knew better and she even said she found the information! The nurse tried to tell Emily to tell me to collect the print-out but instead she kept insisting 2016 information is almost HARD TO FIND. 2016 was just 2 years ago and not 50 years ago (not even 5 years ago)! I seriously doubt I will take my grandparents or anyone I know here. If Emily can announce that the information I need is on a specific date, then she might as well tell the whole world that she's alright with delaying information until someone dies...

Went to 2 CVSes and physical exam office to try to get a flu shot but none had it available. Finally went to Central Health Center and there was no line, very clean & FREE! Staff were very friendly and I'm more than satisfied about this experience. Highly recommended!
