Have tried various things in recent months from the C Side and never once been disappointed. So had to go try the new big daddy box, and oh my days this was amazing! Something different from the norm, and had something for all the family including my fussy children ? plenty food for 4, too much in fact! The haggis Bon bons were mouth watering, the chicken was lovely and soft, curry sauce perfect, it was well worth the drive. The staff were clearly very busy but still found time to provide an excellent service and food was ready in no time. Would ? recommend this place! Will defo be back soon

Absolutely amazing food and amazing service. The food was so tasty, fresh and hot. The dessert pies are something else!! So good!! The people that work in here are lovely aswell, we will definitely be back

Award winning chips are best I have ever had like double fried home fries very crispy and tasty fantastic staff and menu for everyone even if a sweet guru just delicious Nutella treat. Go now just wish they had a wee sit in restaurant in Falkirk it would be busy.

I came here as there are vegan options. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on dietary requirements. Pizza was very nice as was the dessert. Would definitely recommend.

I regularly get takeaway from here, I have never yet been disappointed. The portions are big and great value for money I have not yet found a better chip shop the food is always hot even when I get a delivery and the items are always great quality. I always get all the items I order. There was one time an item I ordered was out of stock but they called me straight away to let me know and I got a just as great replacement. The customer service is also great they are always lovely, polite and patient. I Would definitely 100% recommend. 🙂

Massively overcharged for incredibly poor food.
Just paid £11 for a special fish supper, only received one piece of fish of which was awful anyway. Breadcrumbs were not fine, they were clumped and too crispy. Chips also didn’t seem fresh and more scraps than potato.
Have used the C-Side for a while and was excited to use again after reopening however I am hugely disappointed and won’t be returning

First time visiting today and will not be my last, place is immaculate and clean well stocked with lots of yummy deserts staff are friendly very helpful with the best customer service I've received in a long time we got 2 small fish suppers and the portion was huge fish n chips were fresh hot and crispy the kinder bueno cookie pie was the best dessert I've had with a very special portion of kinder churros (thank you) )and the best Mars bar cake you will ever try

We love the c-side. Always a friendly face to greet you at the door…or even when we get it delivered - not had a bad experience yet, food is always fresh and super tasty you can tell they put as much effort as they can into keeping the food fresh as possible in transit. I have read a few reviews regarding prices ect the cost of everything has went up so it is to be expected and not one that can be helped so a bit unfair to give bad reviews based on price. I wish Izzy and the team every success in what they do. Keep smiling, keep doing what you do and for every bad review well can’t please everyone.
