Ordered food and received a burger with a bite taken out of the meat. I called and complained. Manager said name was naveia. She was almost laughing at me said it can’t be a bite. When she thought she hung up she mocked me and started whining “someone took a bite out of my burger!” My daughter immediately started recording her and twice she made fun of my name saying” yea and her name is KAREN!” She continued to discuss how she was texting someone and complaining about someone else who complained about her and that she has put in for a transfer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The entire restaurant is ALWAYS unprofessional. Doesn’t matter if you flip burgers or run a five star you should have respect not just for your customers but for yourself.

This review is from the total amount of times I have been to this McDonald’s.
I have lived here for 3 years and can confidently say this is the WORST McDonalds in the state.
Whether it’s the rude customer service, the messing up EVERY order, the constant lack of certain items, the cleanliness. Everything about this McDonald’s is awful.

I continue to go here since it is a quick drive to my house. Its convenient. But I’ve had it and will not be back.

Some major points that makes the score lower.
Fries boxes are only half way filled up. Sandwiches are sloppily put together and 99% of the time the wrong sandwich.

The lobby blasts loud music trying to drive customers out at LUNCH time.

The customer service varies based on the time you visit.
The morning employees are very nice. They get the only star for that.
But the evening staff is unpleasant. Throw temper tantrums when asked to fix the mistakes they create.

It’s been going on long enough. This McDonald’s needs a full retrain.

For me I’ve had it. Mulberry McDonalds can get my business from now on.

I just want to give a big shout out to the older woman who brings food out to the curbside pickup! She just brought me my food (12:32 in afternoon on 8/15) and she is always SO PLEASANT and cheerful! Her energy just puts me in a great mood. She's great and I just wanted to sing her praises!

This was a quick lunch stop, and other than "just warm" fries, they were accommodating, friendly, and fast food! Just don't go through the drive thru after 7pm, we have waited numerous times over 20 - 30 minutes, and management is so much more efficient in the daytime as opposed to the nights.

No matter what time you go, the employees always put attitude. The bald guy on the window raised his voice at me in front of my children the other time.
There is always a problem with their machines and registers because they don't accept the deals or account deals. I got the money to pay regular price, but what's the point of having an account if they don't accept them?
They make faces when I ask why they can't take my McDeals from the app as if looking down or judging.
Kids' meal only had like 5 French fries and was missing a nugget. The food is usually cold and poorly made.

I tried complaining at their number but they didn't answer the phone.

I rather drive the extra distance to go to the other McDonald's nearby; I had to do that this morning. I'm no longer coming to this location anymore.

Food was good!! Lol all ya gotta do to make sure your order is right is just go inside. They tried it, not filling my fries, just ask them to fill it. Ms. Maam had an attitude caused I asked her to fill it, but I dont care, you gonna fill it ?☺️ Look at them full fries yall!

The place was clean and the service was good. This location has a lot of employees standing around inside the facility greeting you and providing you additional service. But they abuse asking if everything is ok and feels like they are in your personal space when asking you anything. I spent 15 minutes in there and I was asked 4 times if everything was fine. That is too much.

Drive-through was busy, but it went really fast. Did not have to wait about five minutes for my order that wasn’t long at all by the time I got up to the window and they had all of my order correct and that is very crucial part. You have to check the bag to be sure you have everything and everything is correct Before you leave their parking lot or you might get missing something or something that was not prepared correctly and we all know none of us wants to go back and switch the food back out at that moment honest mistakes gets made it get busy and one bag I end up with an extra sandwich that was somebody else’s It’s happened. It’s gonna happen and it’s always gonna happen So take a breath, get yourself together and go with the flow. It can always be fixed if a mistake was made with your order…. McDonald’s has an awesome team and crew all of you keep up the good work thank you for all you do for us as customers?
