This review is for the labor and delivery department- I just wanted to thank everyone on the nursing staff for giving me such amazing care. I recently gave birth here on 10/17 and had a really good experience. I want to thank Deon for being a rockstar charge nurse and getting me in a room to start my induction after having to put the induction on hold for a day. You really answered my prayers there. I had nurse Taylor, Jess, and Julie who took AMAZING care of me. I really couldn’t have asked for a better team. You guys made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxieties through the entirety of labor. Thank you, you guys were born for this job!

Following a recent surgery at Providence Holy Cross, I spent two days in the ICU unit. The nurses who monitored and and treated me following my surgery were nothing short of remarkable. They included Van C., Adrian R., Aaron A. and Brenna L. Each of them were fully attentive, caring and engaged while also being personable, knowledgeable and kind. I felt very well cared for and appreciated the handling I received.

My surgeon Dr. Sammy Eghbalieh and his team were world class in successfully accomplishing an extremely complex procedure.

Even the follow-up after I was released was first rate. The follow-up calls were done by knowledgeable staff and provided me and my caregiver wife with excellent instructions to speed healing.

I can't heap enough praise on those who attended to me at Holy Cross.

I had always liked this Holy Cross emergency site but yesterday I was disappointed. I took my son there because of severe pain. The person at the front told me to sit down and fill out the yellow form and return it to her when ready. I gave it back to her and she told me to sit down again, 20 minutes passed. 40 minutes passed,1 hour passed, 1 hour and 10 minutes passed, patients who were there before us left, new patients arrived, we kept waiting. I got up from my seat and asked her how long the delay was going to be. She asked me how long it had been and I told her one hour and ten minutes. She was very surprised. This was another person because I guess the other one had already gone on break. She began to look for my son's information in the system and couldn't find him. She looked through the patients who hadn't been seeing yet, she looked through the ones who had already been gone, and it turns out that she found my son's yellow form in that bin. The other lady didn't even register my son in the system and gave the matter as done, I got so angry that I wanted to yell at them, since when nurses have become so inefficient in hospitals? It seems like their heart is not in the job anymore! and the male nurses with a very bad and mocking attitude, they really kill my admiration for that emergency hospital site.

This is my warning to those who are pregnant and may give birth here. This place is terrible. I will forever carry the trauma from not being listened to in regard to my own body, pain, and care, the rude/abusive comments that were given to me before during and after the birth of my child. I'll never forget begging for pain management and the nurse smirking looking down at me and saying "no". Save yourself. You deserve better. Don't gamble being traumatized here you'll carry it with you the rest of your life.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. the only good doctor i got was dr.fisher. he was amazing. every other doctor was rude and didn’t answer any questions i had. i went in with horrible pain from my gallbladder. took them forever to figure out what was wrong with me. they were freaking out because they didn’t know what to do , the nurse kept poking my arm to find a vein and ended up bruising me from how many times she tried getting the needle in. they need friendlier staff. and a cleaner hospital. the bathrooms are dirty and the sheets are not washed properly.

Terrible experience. Went into this ER w/ a kidney stone, in a tremendous amount of pain. First you go through an entire police force, then reception, where you have to fill out paperwork, then told to sit. Moments later I'm called into a secured room where a woman enters information into a computer. This woman was very rude. My wife having completed my paperwork, saw me enter this room and came knocking movements later. I said to the woman "that's probably my wife". She replied I don't know who it is (not showing any care if it might be her). There are security monitors above her head showing who's at the door, I said "I see her on the monitor, it's my wife". She looked at me in a condescending way and with a tone and said, "would you prefer to wait outside!" (to imply that she would not continue to process me). This would be the 2nd time she took a bad tone w/ me. The first time was attitude about drinking water. This woman should absolutely be fired. The level of disrespect and given my state (of intolerable pain) -- what a terrible human being.

Additionally, the female nurses; not one of them put on smile, I was there for hours, very transactional in their approach and conversation. The male nurses and male doctors were very kind and friendly.

I can only assume the females they hire at this hospital hate men and are more than happy to take advantage of your pain to treat you poorly.

This review is for billing department. We made online payments but they did not posted on our account. We called 3 times to correct it. One of the employee is not good. She can't answer to the point. Have to listen her speech first to get to the result. First and second called they admitted that they received the payments but still not showing on the bill. They even mentioned we still owed the same amounts. We made payment starting July but until September still showing full amounts. When we called they admitted received the payments but they did not updated the bill that they sent me. What a pain.
