The entire staff is amazing!! I came in on Monday for a cleaning and got the best cleaning of my life from Elena. Went back today for a temporary crown and DeMario was kind and caring. The doc is fabulous as well. Love the commradery of the staff. Everyone works extremely well together.

Literally the worst experience ever and we weren’t even able to get an appointment for my husband who is in pain. Our first appointment was canceled without our approval because the receptionist lied to me and told me we didn’t need a referral for an endodontist. Our second and third appointment were also canceled because there will not be a doctor there? Why was it made in the first place then if there’s no one to see him. You’ve wasted our time and energy. We will not be coming in. Worst service imaginable.

First time patient at this facility. The dental assistants and the Dr was very welcoming. They explained every process and waited for the insurance to be processed before any treatment that I appreciated on my end d/t my insurance coverage (that’s just me) but I will definitely be coming back and bring my family and friends to this facility. Thank you for your time and patience with me.

This office is great but there call center 100% stinks. I'm sure that they would have more business if they let the offices handle all calls. This will be my reason to change company's in the future. The Dr and staff at this location is The Best! Over and above to take care of the customer. Thank you staff

I had the pleasure of being treated by Elena, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional demeanor. she was thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, explaining every step along the way and answering all of my questions with patience. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort and oral health. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my next appointment. Thank you, Elena for such a fantastic experience!

Not recommended, especially if you are pregnant. I had an issue with a tooth and needed care and they refused care. In my previous pregnancy I suffered from the same issue and they were able to help me without the need of x-ray (you have the right to refuse x-ray to avoid any harm to unborn baby). In this location the provider denied me care because and I quote “she’s protecting her license” more like doesn’t have the knowledge to administer care to my needs. I asked if this was policy or just the preference of the provider and they said “it’s policy”. The manager is very rude also when it comes to patient education and giving out information. I asked for the policy to be emailed to me and I didn’t receive anything. If you are pregnant and don’t want the use of x-ray and still want to receive the care you need, I recommend going to the Summerlin location since they DID help me WITHOUT the need of x-rays— the provider there is actually competent to help.
