I brought a bus load of friends to the Mother Cabrini Shrine in Golden, Colorado. I had done this 20 times in the past thirty years ago. We actually used this location many times. Preparing for this journey, this location kept coming up as the best choice. The block of rooms was a reasonable price. We were withing walking distance from several good restaurants. The breakfast was ready at 6:30 AM, which allowed us to leave for the Shrine at 7:30 AM each morning. I was very impressed by the renovation of this motel. Everyone on the bus was satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We hope to return with a group again next year. Our only problem was maneuvering the bus around the parking lot. The manager allowed our driver to section off a place in the parking lot where he could park. I will say that the motel manager wants us to come back next year and she was very patient with me as I sorted out all the rooms. This was an amazing place to stay!!!

The room was good for the 4 nights we stayed. Rooms were cleaned when requested, housekeeping did a wonderful job, but rooms were a little small and snug but good. Breakfast was good, plenty of bacon to go around, fresh fruits, waffles and milk for the kiddos. The pool was closed for 2 days, our kids wanted to go swimming, we had to have another ways to keep them occupied. The TV, some channels did not work, we love watched the news in the morning and the ABC channel did not work, also the volume on the TV. (i know, i know your on vacation...why watch tv? or just go to the pool right?) but the news starts our day and the pool, usually ends our nights. The staff did a great job accommodating us for 4 days. There does seem to be new paint on the doors, so you have to make sure the door closes when leaving. It was overall good and with a $25 deposit fee. We as a family would stay again, only if they fix the tv situation. Also the parking lot was good and safe, friendly staff and other visitors. The mall is right across the street, nice restaurant nearby and the stadium is a few minutes away.

Rooms were fine, nothing special which is what we needed on a road trip. The water never got hot so we all took cold showers. Breakfast was okay, they had Starbucks coffee + chai machines but none of it worked so that was disappointing. Location is pretty good, next to a gas station, nice for filling up in the AM.

Grimy / dirty floors, corners and crevices all around hotel and room. My room ceiling was also splattered with God knows what, even in the low-lit room the filth was noticeable. I was expecting a cleaner facility based on the reviews. I noticed several homeless people hanging around the front grassy area when I checked in, and the overall feeling was not safe with several people hanging around in groups in the parking lots and blasting music from their cards. This felt more like a motel. The walls are thin so I did not get restful sleep with all of the commotion in other rooms including babies crying, people yelling and stomping all night. I learned my lesson going with the cheaper stay, it is safe to say I will not be staying here again.

Can’t say enough about how nice it was to stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast each morning and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience and I would definitely go there again!

Super DIRTY and NOT SECURE.

I’ll just list this out for you…
- entry for from outside was always unlocked and never required a key card to enter, even after 11pm
- door to room did not have any trim over threshold so lots of light streamed in all night long
- sink was VERY dirty, lots of dirt in the sink
- shower had hair in it
- waist basket was not emptied in bathroom
- beds were clean and made
- bathroom floor gross
Worst stay I’ve had in a long time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

初日、ハウスキーピングを三度頼んだにもかかわらず、清掃されなかった。ドライヤーは壊れていた。
フロントに電話してもつながらない。仕方なく濡れた髪でフロントに出向いた。ドライヤーは使えなくても、担当者がいないので交換はできないと言われた。清掃されていないのは、フロントのせいではない、と言った。
翌日、マネージャーに苦情を言った。再び、私のせいではないと言った。私は、通常のホテルサービスを求める事を諦めた。
その後もフロントは部屋にタオルがない事や朝食のコーヒーが7時くらいでなくなってしまった事等、苦情を言っている利用者が並んでいた。
しばらくして、根気よくマネージャーにハウスクリーニング頼んだところ、ようやく翌日から改善された。
従業員は、意地悪でもないし、感じが良い人ばかりだけど、誰も責任はとらない。利用者が不快な思いをしながら、改善を要求しなければならない。
このベストウエスタンホテルのサービスは、他のチェーン店と比べて著しく劣っている。
誤解ないよう付け加えると、ハウスキーピングをしている従業員やフロントの人々は皆真面目で良い人達だ。
ホテルのシステムが悪すぎるだけなのだ。

There are many years of filth built up in these rooms that no amount of general housekeeping services can overcome. Corners of bathroom are gross. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall such that it dumps your toilet paper roll on the dirty floor. The breakfast was average (although the workers there definitely did a good job of keeping everything clean and stocked). We just felt like we paid WAY too much for a motel of this quality.
