I bought a certified preowned BMW X3 with M package from Braman Miami.
Made an appointment with Guillermo Mella last Sunday to see the car. When I arrived, the car was ready to see. It was in an excellent condition. Because I had a trade in, I had to talk to Guillermo. It was completely different to what I experienced with former Car dealers. That endless back and forth with the manager for the trade in car. Guillermo made the whole discussion go quick and comfortable as possible. He was polite, calm and we had this part done in 15 minutes. Then he took me to the financial manager for the contract. This was also done very friendly and quick. The manager helped me to switch my insurance to the new car immediately.
Because it was Sunday and the car came in recently they had to exchange and fix a few things on Monday. So I drove home with my old car. Guillermo told me that the car is ready on Tuesday, kept me posted with everything and delivered the car to my place, taking the old one with him. After delivery I found two things that had to be exchanged. He also organised everything and always kept me posted.
I never had a better experience with buying a pre owned car. First of all, Guillermo is a person you can 100% rely on. He's always friendly and knows how to talk to his customers. It was a real pleasure to work with him. I also have to say that Braman is a very well organized and "taking care" car dealer. I can really recommend Guillermo and Braman BMW Miami.

Awesome Location, Jean Lopez Took care of me! He was awesome, respectful, and took his time! He showed me and told me everything I wanted, answered all of my questions, and in the end, got me an amazing deal on my 3 Series BMW. Update:I upgraded to this car from a Q50 Infiniti, and it was the best investment I ever got into. BMWs really are an amazing vehicle to have. From modern luxury interior to having a sports like feel when driving the car but at the same time experiencing the smooth luxury when driving the car! It's worth having a BMW, and it's worth getting it here. Thanks again, Braman
