Notre expérience:
Nous avions loué un véhicule pour nous rendre à Las Vegas. Arrivée à l’heure du retrait du véhicule, celui que l’on nomme Ray dans les autres commentaires et qui est en photo (personne extrêmement désagréable, laxiste et manquant de respect) nous annonce qu’il n’y a plus de véhicule alors que la réservation a bien été validée et retirée de notre compte bancaire. Obligé de contacter le service client sous ses yeux et ne voulant pas communiquer avec le service concerné. Nous avons réussi à nous faire rembourser.
Conseil pour la personne au comptoir: changez de métier, le social c’est pas donné à tout le monde… vous en êtes la preuve vivante.

Nous avons failli ne pas pouvoir nous rendre à Las Vegas malgré les nombreux sites de location dans Downtown. Une journée gâchée mais qui a été sauvée par l’agence Sixt non loin de ce centre de location. Accueilli pas des personnes respectueuses et fort sympathique. Je vous conseille d’aller là bas. ( Sixt 832 Francisco Street, 90017 Los Angeles)

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible experience. Stay far away from this place! It might sound convenient but it’s not worth it! Employee was rude & unprofessional. He should find another job because he does not seem happy

Avoid! turned up and got told they didn’t have the car available that we had pre-booked 2 months in advance. Got told they only had one car available (a small SUV) on inspection the we noted that the low psi warning light was on, they assured us this wasn’t an issue and that we need to pump the tire up at the local petrol station (very unprofessional) but we did so as we were told it was the only car available. The tire went flat again within 24 hours, we got fed up and called the emergency helpline after pumping up 10 times in 7 days which they charged us for despite photo evidence of the flat tire on pickup. Worst car hire experience in 7 years of hiring cars. Spend $50 more and hire a car from a company that at the very least provides roadworthy cars.

En mi experiencia tuve muy buena atención del personal, un joven nos atendió muy bien, nos recomendó que hacer en la ciudad y todo, el servicio excelente, lo unico que no me encantó es que esta un poco dificil de encontrar la oficina, o para entregar el coche no sabía ni por donde entrar

Do not use this car rental location. The man at the counter is extremely rude, and they have the worst customer service. They will full on not give you the car you paid for, and will provide awful customer service. It makes sense that this place is 2 stars and the gentleman working there hates his job.

렌트카업체는 쉐라톤호텔 지하로비에 붙어있습니다
렌트카체크인카운터는 좁으며 과체중 3명의 남자직원이 있습니다

다들아시다시피 예약한차로 받을수없고 그냥 주는재로 타야되더군요
뭐 사실 전 굴러가기만하면되는 주의라 상관없었습니다만 음..
어쩌면 더 좋은거로 받은거같기도하네요

전 이틀 렌트했는데 보증금 250불을 냈고 반납시 바로 결제취소해줍니다

이사람들이 불친절하고 무례하다 느낄수있으나
사람마다 느끼는감정은 다르나 제가 느끼기에 할일 다 하고 규정대로 처리하기에 크게 상관없어서 괜찮았습니다
(순간 개빡치는순간에 정색하니까 상황파악하긴하네요)

가기전 리뷰가 쓰레기라 걱정했는데 나름 괜찮았습니다

반납장소 찾기가 좀 빡센데 쉐라톤호텔 1층로비쪽으로 들어가서
발렛 이라고 쓰여진곳으로 지하로 내려가시면됩니다

Don’t rent from this location, Rude and Zero customer service. Reserved a car only to find out it wasn’t available when I arrived. He told me they only had electric vehicles or I could pay more for a larger vehicle. He didn’t offer to assist with looking at a near by location and was very dismissive. I asked if there was a Manager I could speak with above him and he didn’t provide the information. Instead he decided to tell me it was “ technology”. If your employees don’t want to be at work or to deal with people they should find better use of their time. I am just as disgusted with this situation as the gentleman sitting there helping me looked. He didn’t speak even after saying good morning and honestly I felt profiled by the man. DON’T RENT FROM HERE! 1 star experience!

No cars. The burden of fighting the "no show" cancellation fees is placed on the renter because these companies keep overbooking. Zero accountability.
