I attempted to install a smart lock on my metal clad front door, but the existing deadbolt door hole was too small & offset to one side, which made it very difficult to install.

Claudette called me back on a Saturday night & showed up Sunday morning. She resolved the issue & installed a highly reliable & superior smart lock. She's very experienced & offered many practical money & time saving suggestions related to my condo safety, as well as the operation & maintenance of the smart lock.

We could no longer watch my Mom struggle to unlock the front door - in fact; we decided that all of our door knobs/locks needed to be replaced. Called C&C Lock and Safe and spoke to Scott who was able to accommodate my request for service the very same day. Impressive! In order to ensure they had our desired door knobs/locks in stock, Scott and Claudette asked me a few questions, knew that our current knobs and locks were discontinued and made a few suggestions. I found it extremely helpful to be able to text them pictures of our doors. I was given a 3 hour window and when they found themselves running a little late from a job they were on – they gave me a courtesy text to let me know. Claudette is very knowledgeable and explains the products and your options before beginning any installation. Claudette is a true people person. Scott’s work is meticulous. After installing all new hardware, he triple checks everything ensuring that every component is in good working order. He even swept up! When the job is done, Claudette and Scott will walk you through everything and have you test your locks and keys before leaving. Clearly this is the reason why they have been in business for 30 years. I highly recommend their outstanding service.

We were camping and could not get out of our RV. My husband had to climb out the window. Called one company and we were out of their area. They referred me to C & C Lock and Safe Inc. They came in a timely matter. Very friendly and pleasant. They opened the door pretty quickly for us. Scott worked on the parts for us and fixed it so we could use and lock it until we got back home. First rate, same day service for a non-emergency. We couldn’t have been happier with Claudette and C & C Lock and Safe, Inc. This company actually cares about their customers and quality of work. Needed a new front door handle and lock set installed and additional doors rekeyed for a residence. I came home after work to find that my deadbolt would not turn and I was locked out of my home. I Googled a locksmith and found C & C Lock and Safe. I called them and they came out quickly and within minutes they got through my broken lock and the door was open.
