Compliment for Outstanding Service - Consulate General of Malaysia, Los Angeles

Dear Consulate General of Malaysia, Los Angeles Team,

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your team during the process of renewing my wife’s and my Malaysian passports. Both of our passports had been expired for an extended period of time, and we anticipated a lengthy and complicated process.

From the moment I called your office, I was greeted by Mr. Faiez in the passport department. His professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive. He not only guided me through the detailed steps to renew our passports but also informed me that the new passports could only be issued at the New York office. He promptly emailed all the necessary forms, which made the process easier to navigate.

Although the process was long and tedious, Mr. Faiez kept me well-informed and updated every step of the way. On one occasion, I had called his office and mistakenly hung up after no one answered. To my surprise, within a few minutes, Mr. Faiez called me back to check how he could assist! This level of dedication and communication was truly outstanding.

Thanks to his efforts, the entire process went smoothly, and we received our new passports last week in Sacramento, CA. Special thanks to the entire Los Angeles team and, in particular, to Mr. Faiez Mazlan for his remarkable service.
