Great staff/nurses. Wait length was as expected, which wasn’t all that long. Dr. Gray is a great doctor- caring, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Gray is the best doctor with good heart and knowledgeable. He takes his times to see you and very thorough. Not rushing us out like many other doctors at ARC. Sometimes you have several illnesses and it's hard to make an appointment to be seen with any doctor within that day or next day, and when they see you, they told me that they only treat one illness each time, I have to make another appointment for my other illness even if it is urgent. My co-pay is $35 each time, and I have 4 family members that go here. Not to mention seeing specialist $45 + labs, xrays etc....My kids and I have allergies triggers asthma and others, we get sick alot, so it cost us so much money per few months, it made us broke all the time. I hope they change the system of seeing each patient only 15 mins each time soon because it made me feel angry, they are ripping us off.

ARC Pflugerville was able to schedule a telemedicine visit quickly with Dr. Gray. I was able to get a diagnosis and the needed prescription without waiting until the weekend was over. The ARC support team members were amazing especially since I called late on Friday afternoon.

horrible wait times, the round Rock ARC is my preferred location, and Dr. Gray was at the bottom of my list for people I wanted to be seen by but he was the earliest available for my urgent needs. he is disrespectful, hurried, it does not engage with patients at all. he seemed like he just wanted to get in and out as quick as possible. at the time my appointment was set to start, he actually came into the waiting room and went up to the receptionist desk to complain about patients
