We're having a lovely time here. Most important, it's cold and foggy and alternately frozen or wet outside (Dec '24), and we are warm & dry in our hotel room! We wanted 2-queen room, but the 3rd-party seller gave us a king studio with a pull-out couch for the same price, and it's much better! Comfortable couch to watch TV, and lots of elbow room. We've been staying at Hiltons since the 1960's - yes, 60 years! - and to vehemently contradict an earlier review, this place absolutely measures up. This hotel is well-located, convenient to absolutely anything you want or need. Clean & comfortable. Nice free breakfast, though I wish their coffee was stronger! But coffee is available 24/7. Desk staff are friendly + professional. Guest laundry available. What more could you ask for? ?

I don’t write very many of these reviews But I felt the need to do so because I wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation towards the wonderful staff at this motel. Everybody works so hard here to maintain a very clean, friendly and safe environment, where you always feel welcome. I wanted to personally thank Sonam The front desk person who was so kind and gracious,
Along with the rest of the staff who really put their heart into what they do the ones that sometimes don’t know if they get recognized, but no that I recognized them and I greatly appreciate them

Not the quality you normally find at a Hilton. The person at the desk wasn't rude, but quietly dismissive. Even as a Hilton Honors member they didn't provide the amenities like bottles of water that other Hamptons to. When asked why the desk staff didn't explain it was hotel policy, but instead acted like I didn't know what I was talking about rather than taking 20 seconds to explain. I had to drag the answers out. Seems small, but as your first experience coming in it really sets the wrong mood.

Tables were dirty during breakfast, and food was cold at 7am. The room was nice, but had wear and tear and dead batteries in the TV remote.

Once my stay was over I never got my survey for this hotel. I think they knew it would be bad and as a result marked not to send it.

If I didn't need to stay for work, and what my Hilton points, I wouldn't stay here. I am going to avoid staying here again if I can. Definitely not the normal quality you find in the brand, and the first negative Hilton review I have ever had to do.

Nice rooms, well maintained hotel. Excellent staff-- friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was better than expected. I would have given it 5 stars if the soundproofing was better. The noise from the nearby raceway and helipad made it difficult to relax in our room. The raceway closes at 11pm. After that it was fine. Perhaps an even numbered room is a quieter choice? Overall a pleasant stay in a good location. We suggest making dinner reservations if you plan to eat at Chili's or Outback. They were both packed!

My fiancé and I were attending an event in Middletown after reading reviews we decided on Hampton inn. Price point was a little high considering that during the week it’s dirt cheap.
At first glance it was very nice. Check in very easy and quick, we got a room on the first floor room 102. When we entered the room it had a strong musty smell. We thought maybe if we turned on the a.c that might help the smell, after turning the ac on we went to our event, we got back at about 11pm. When we got in the room again the smell was still very strong. As we sat we realized it smelled like a wet dog, it was horrible, my partner and I both have allergies. No one told us they were dog friendly during the booking so we suffered all night. I had to take my pump several times.. the smell was coming from the rug also There was a sofa in the room it also had white stains on it.. we decided to stay because it was very late and the hotel was packed. There were no other options. Next day we got up we went to breakfast. Breakfast was actually pretty good.
When we checked out we complained about the smell, the woman said they were pet friendly and that next time we should ask for a room on the upper levels. She said she would ask the manager to call us.. he never did..
Today I spoke with someone else in our party who stayed on the third floor she also said the room smelled badly and was told the same thing. I just wonder why no one noticed the room smelled this badly before renting it to someone else. It was impossible they didn’t notice.

The hotel is OK. The bed, pillows, furniture were good. It was quiet. However, the TV was not working, and the receptionist said that it was a technical problem, and it would not be resolved before the next day. The room was clean, except for the bath contour. Not the fault of the cleaning crew, it needs to be replaced. See the pictures.

The hotel was right off the interstate. A little odd getting off heading north but easy getting back on. A really good diner right next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is evidently NO insulation between rooms. Someone on floor above played tv EXTREMELY loud most of the evening and night. We had to call the desk twice but though the desk clerk said he talked to them it didn't help. We ended up just getting packed and leaving in the early hours. Didn't make for a great travel day being so tired.
