I appreciate the quick service, especially so close to closing time. However, I felt that the interactions with the employees could have been more pleasant. While I understand that the end of a long shift can be tough, the attitude at all three windows seemed unwelcoming. A bit more friendliness would make a big difference in improving the customer experience.

Leaving a public review of a DMV is a crazy move, but I'm a crazy gal. Honestly, this place was a delight. Everyone working there seemed to be in a great mood and genuinely not hating life, which differs from the typical DMV experience. They helped me out as quickly as they could and, even though this is irrelevant, the young woman who helped me renew my license had some of the best eyebrows I've ever seen. She said she does them herself.

May the DMV gods smile upon you always as they did for me today.

I just ran in to get my ID renewed, it was a little after 4:30. I was in a hurry. I don't remember anyone's name but the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and expeditious. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, this was nothing like my previous visits. Not to say I had bad service, it was just very busy and that's normal for this DMV. But if you are feeling apprehensive to stop in, I'll say that you shouldn't worry about a thing. Excellent services and thank you!

Fastest DMV experience Ever. Renewing DL + applying for a Real ID + Written Testing requires steps in Every Single Corner of the DMV, which Should take Hours, but thanks to a speedy staff it took 30 minutes. I didn't have to wait longer than 2 minutes for Any of the 5 steps. Applying online sets everything up for a speedy process, including scheduling an appointment, which you don't have to be early for and never have to wait, although there was hardly any line for non-appointments either, as customers were handled at lightning seed. This was a very pleasant, fast, and stress-free experience.

I was so thrilled with my visit to the DMV today! I arrived at 4 pm for a replacement ID, and since I had filled out my application online beforehand, everything went incredibly quickly. I couldn't believe it - I was in and out with a new photo ID in just 15 minutes! I was absolutely stoked!

Parking is plentiful. The early part of the day is the best to visit. Hollywood people wake up late. So, in the afternoon, there are notably more people there. Line to check in is long, but it moves reasonably fast. They do not do car registration here. For that, you go to the West Hollywood office. Make sure you apply online and bring more than necessary documents to avoid coming back. Btw, they do accept credit card with a small service charge if you don't have cash with you. For a DMV, this place is probably better than others in the area. The toilet facility is pathetic as a posted picture here. I don't even think it meets building code requirements for such occupancy. Good luck, guys.

Surprisingly and unexpectedly, everything went very quickly, there weren’t many people, the staff was friendly. Festive atmosphere before Christmas. This time it's definitely 5 stars.
The only thing I would add is sanitizer wipes to wipe the vision test machine after another person.

The check in process was not too bad but I would like to complain because the written test center is in no shape or form a testing environment. I failed my test because the only thing I could focus on was another customer being allowed to talk on the phone loudly for at least 3 minutes in the testing room. THERE WAS AN EXCESS OF NOISE IN THE TESTING CENTER. IN ADDITION THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEING ALLOWED TO SPEAK LOUDLY RIGHT NEXT TO ME WHILE I WAS TESTING. Instead of any employees correcting this behavior by walking up to the customers, she also started yelling across the room to address the issue loudly. I feel scammed out of money because I wasn’t provided an acceptable testing environment. They need to do better!!! Separate the testers from the applicants while testing. Filing a major complaint because that was ridiculous.
