Super friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Nice modern midsize hotel with pretty good free breakfast and across the street from grandscape place we checked out which was cool. I'd definitely stay again without question. And the price was fair and reasonable.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect just being off of the highway, there is a lot to do in the area and there are a lot of restaurants. The only complaint was the breakfast, the reason for 3 stars. They had the standard fruit, bagels and waffles. Premade quiche was the hot food and it was very bland and overcooked. They had oatmeal but it was mostly water. We stay at Hyatt Place all the time and their breakfast has always been excellent. Not sure what happened here.

I had a great experience staying here! Such a nice and peaceful hotel! This hotel was beautiful inside and out. My room was very very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed here for several days over the Thanksgiving weekend and our experience was less than. |The hotel is very clean and our room was nice but there were some glaring issues.|They served the same egg dish every morning and did not offer any breakfast meat. The tea container didn't keep the water hot, and the metal looking slab the chocolate milk was kept on wasn't cold enough to keep the milk cold. |The only issue I had with the room was in the bathroom where the lighting wasn't bright enough for shaving and the bathroom didn't have a night light. If you wanted to use the bathroom, then the light was extremely bright coming out of a sleep. If ever in the area again, we would stay elsewhere.

Nice location and one of the better lower category Hyatt hotels in North Dallas. We were placed right across the elevator but we didn't hear any noise which was nice. Would stay again.

Better than I expected. I was nervous after reading some recent reviews however I did not experience any issues. Staff was great. I will stay there again. Food was not great but the price was right. Best to eat breakfast somewhere else if staying more than a couple nights.

Good location right next to a Top Golf facility and there is a park with a Veterans Memorial Park and Trail Loop (about a mile) walkable from the hotel. Restaurant options are plentiful and far enough from the interstate to not have any road noise.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a few issues. Housekeeping only came once during our stay, so we had to go downstairs to get our own towels. The bathroom paint was peeling due to humidity. The breakfast experience was underwhelming, with food often cold because there were no working heating elements. There was no microwave in the room, and the one available downstairs, along with the toaster, seemed inadequate for the volume of guests.
