Buon hotel nella downtown di Denver.
L’hotel è particolarmente vicino al centro congressi, cosa che lo rende estremamente comodo in caso di eventi.
Stanze molto grandi, hotel tenuto bene, lo staff è gentile. Colazione discreta.

We arrived at the hotel after a 36-hour drive from Massachusetts, only to be told that our prepaid room with a mountain view had been given to someone else. We had booked and paid for the room since Saturday for an entire week. This was an incredibly disappointing start to our stay, especially since we were here for an important event. The hotel’s attitude was unacceptable—they offered no apologies, no alternative accommodations, and even suggested we wouldn’t get a room or a refund. Now, we’re left with nothing. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially with our 4-year-old who was excited to see the mountains.

This is a great place to stay for conferences, just steps away from convention center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Indoor pool was nice, especially when it was so cold out.

Pros:

- Free breakfast.
- Front desk staff super friendly.
- Room was nice.

Cons:

- Parking. Be prepared to pay extra.
- Frosted glass bathroom door. Wake everyone up if you need to use the washroom at night.
- ‘Restaurant’. Everyone was confused as to how to order food and the girl working the bar didn’t greet anyone even though she was taking the food orders. She also became snarky if you did order food.

The location is well in the city with a nice view, they have 22 floors with breakfast included. The only thing is that you have to pay a separate price for valet and you do NOT have the option to park the car yourself. Even though it was in the city it was not far from the highway. 4/5 ⭐️

Great hotel when attending events at the Colorado Convention Center, which is just a few minutes away walking. About the same price as nearby hotels but the only place that includes free breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. The room amenities were a bit on the low side but it didn't affect me.

Location was nice, room was alright but service was a little off. We were there for 5 days where room was not cleaned daily. We had to ask for towels 4 time one day and didn’t receive them until we returned to the hotel after a night out. I will stay there again as the rooms are oversized and rate is nice.

Very nice hotel, with amazing roof top. Rooms are clean and nicely functionally furnished. Censor based lighting is so nice.
Restaurant is super good. Food is delicious. Try eggs benedict for breakfast. They have gluten free bread.
Parking is easy, outside there are public parking as well if you are not interested in valet parking.
