Stayed while passing through and was absolutely delighted! The two ladies at the front desk were so friendly and outgoing!

We arrived to our room and it was beyond clean. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! Would definitely stay again!

The free breakfast was cold, every day. Good selection but cold. No microwave in the room. Air conditioner was noisy. Room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. A restaurant in hotel is advertised but no restaurant exists aside from the free breakfast area. The fitness room was nice. The pool was nice but needed cleaning and the pool area is very basic. Overall an average hotel.

Great hotel. Rooms spacious and clean and comfortable. Outstanding over energy including very nice breakfast. Our family enjoyed all of the different coves to gather in lobby to talk. Well cared for pool area. Great friendly helpful staff.

Hyatt Cityview Fort Worth is the perfect place to stay. I came here for work and felt like I was home, This beautiful hotel is purely exquisite . Staff here are top notch just wonderful. I love this hotel, Rooms are big, decorated nicely and clean. Hotel Frette towels are lovely! Service is also impeccable. I love everything about this place and I will definitely stay here again.

We rented 7 hotels and one apartment during our 4 week adventure to the US. This was my favourite hotel of the bunch--but with few major letdown that would otherwise keep it out of the top spot... The bed sizes. All our hotels were a similar price point, size, offering, but this one was better in layout and size (apart from the beds ?). The family room area was divided from the bedroom, as was the kitchenette area, whereas most kitchenettes didn't have their own sink (accept our one hotel that had an actual kitchen).

The only disappointment was the bed sizes here. When we got in our room and saw the double beds we went to the front desk and the lady said she could change us to a room with queens at no charge so we changed rooms..
Only to find out also had doubles! So we returned to the front desk and spoke to a different lady and she said they only have doubles, no queens and that is everyone's complaint ‍♀️. I don't know why the first lady bothered moving us!

We put stayed one night but we could have easily enjoyed a week here apart from the beds! We didn't have a chance to use the pool here, though it looked very basic. Nothing fancy but a decent size compared to many.

The breakfast area and front desk have clearly been recently renovated. Gorgeous and classy. The only issue was there is little seating and when you offer breakfast, there should be plenty of seating. On our journeys we have seen some crazy numbers of families in hotels with loads of seating and it still isn't enough. So I don't know what they do here on a busy summer weekend. 5 of us sat around a tiny coffee sized height table for breakfast that barely fit 4 plates. But the breakfast was delicious ?.

This hotel has bugs.
We chose this hotel because it is a Hyatt brand with good reviews.
When we entered the room, there was light smell. The room is not clean.
We husband got some bites after sleeping. I am not sure if these are bed bug bites.
I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed a few days here for the Sporting Clays tournament which was a 9 minute drive away. The rooms were clean. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Housekeeping came each day which was nice. The free breakfast had many choices that changed each day. Pancakes, waffles, french toast sticks were rotated on a different day. My biggest complaint about this hotel was that the breakfast food every day was cold. Not a little warm, cold! My soft butter didn't melt a bit on the scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles. No microwave in the room and no restaurants in the hotel as advertised. We will stay somewhere else if we visit Fort Worth again.
