What an amazing experience‼️ I had a wonderful opportunity to be in the IRS building located at this location.

It would be remiss of me if I didn’t not write about the layout of the offices and the cleanliness of their space.

The purple female lavatory was exquisitely clean with everything in its place. The freshness of the aroma was beyond what I was expecting but was welcomed as a public space well kept treat for the day.

I captured a few pictures because I was in love with the design of the building with was semi transparent allowing an amazing view to the outside from the lobby areas of each floor.

I know the employees there must feel like they are beyond blessed to work out of that space if a clean, well decorated place with excellent outdoor views is important to them.

Actual IRS employee-whose salary my taxes pay, refused to assist me with filling out a tax document. She told the gentleman at the front desk to give me the pamphlet to go online. I had already waited 1/2 hr. and took my first day off in over 9 mos. I don't care if I was there to get help filling out an address or whatever. If it is a STATE tax form and I am requesting help, you could have at least helped. Disgusting!!! I thanked her.

You call to make a appointment and they are very rude talk to you anyway. I hung up the phone because don't want to be disrespectful. Terrible talk to people the way you want to be talk too in a respectful manner.

On what earth I cannot make an appointment to get a small piece of paper? I got return call, when I answered I had to say “hello” a hundred times and anyway no one answered back. Such a stressful to make an appointment!!!
PLEASE can someone pass a message for them that IRS employees should answer the call and help people!!!

Impossible to make an appointment at anytime.
I called 3 times, but due to high call volume they are not able to take my call. I was automatically disconnected from every call.

Previously I tried to go into the office to make an appointment personally but was told appointments can only be made online and was turned away. Also, I sent a letter with one of their applications because cannot get access to my online portal and nothing came of it.

I’m actually quite surprised with the negative reviews on here. I was worried about coming here because I read the reviews of so many and there were so many complaints but let me tell you I walked in there and within 10 minutes I got everything resolved and taken care of. Not only that the security guard Was extremely helpful and very friendly as well. Five stars to everyone that helped at this office.

i was Frustrated and Nervous when i received letter CP80 from IRS, i have to visited Cherryhill office because i couldn’t contact thru 800 phone numbers for days. luckily i met Lady named ELSA at front desk, she was very friendly, polite, and patiently solved the my problem completely with extra extended service. For reference, I am an old Asian who is not good at English. Wouldn't it be great if everyone working in government agencies and public institutions was like this?
