I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I booked a room based on the pictures and information available online, expecting a suitable and comfortable accommodation for my stay. However, upon arrival, I was shocked and appalled by the deplorable conditions of the room.

The room I was assigned had a filthy, urine-smelling carpet, visible holes in the walls, and was infested with insects. The overall state of the room was so unacceptable that I could only tolerate staying in it for a total of one hour. It is evident that this hotel is not properly maintained or cleaned, and is far from being suitable for accommodating guests.

The only positive aspect of my brief stay was the assistance provided by Denzel at the front desk. He made an effort to alleviate some of the issues I encountered, but unfortunately, the condition of the room was beyond his control.

I urge the person in charge of this hotel to take immediate action to address the appalling conditions of your hotel. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of the accommodations are completely unacceptable. It is evident that this hotel is in dire need of renovation and improvement to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

I stayed here for one week. First the good news: the staff were awesome, so friendly ESPECIALLY TIFFANY! The location is great: walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, short drive to stores, theatre and library. The main highway is seconds away. Lastly, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and there was a full-size fridge.| Now the bad news: When I locked my door from the outside, I could push the door in without a key. I immediately reported this to the front desk, but it wasn't fixed for 2 days and only because SEVERAL TIMES I reminded whoever I saw, that it needed to be fixed. Secondly, at 2:30AM,a phone rang LOUDLY for 20 minutes. I finally went to front desk and there was the house phone off the hook ringing the employees' number WHICH IS IN THE SAME AREA!! I hung up the phone and turned around only to get FRIGHTENED when I see a man sitting on the treadmill in the fitness room saying he is locked out of his room and trying for over a half hour to contact an employee but apparently no one was covering the front desk.|Some concerns about my room were the microwave handle was broke which I reported to the front desk but it was never fixed. Dirty plates were in the dishwasher, including the turntable for the microwave. There was a used bar of green soap in the shower. The full length mirror in the closet had several LARGE cracks that were "fixed" by scotch tape!!!! One last concern was the smell from the lobby to my room: very unpleasant

I saw reviews, I was concerned.
ALFRED and BRITTNEY ARE AWESOME!
There's a lot of work been updated, some yet to do but a clean, comfortable room. Everything worked, no bugs.
The parking lot ppl were shady but we minded our business as did they. The hotel itself, and staff were great.

The night auditor was not available 24/7 at the desk. I was able to call her on the phone she told me she could not check me in early even though I'm a diamond member. I waited outside for 11 hours to get a room as a diamond member. She was extremely dismissive about my needs to get sleep and use the restroom. Finally, Alfred the ASM and told me that I will have to wait additional 2 hours but he will try to get me in early. Other than that it was a great stay!?!

The experience was near abysmal from the get-go. The check-in lobby was crowded and reeked of cigarette smoke. The luggage cart they provided had broken parts, it's metal was rusting, there were random zip ties attached on various parts, and it barely fit through most of the doorways and hallway bends. Mice were scurrying throughout the parking lot. The A/C in our room blew warm air the entire time, making the room significantly warmer than even the hallway. The rooms and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. It truly felt like walking into a homeless shelter. Very low quality all around. I'd say you get what you pay for but you don't even get that much.

5 stars for Alfred ... he went above and beyond for us. Our first room was not good. The lady at the front desk was accommodating moved us to the 3rd floor. Then we had an issue with that room... but Alfred was very helpful got us changed to a different room. He wears many hats here ... he DESERVES A RAISE he was a professional manager , a maintenance man, repair man, plumber ! Lol EVERYTHING. THANK YOU ALFRED THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE OF YOU! we are currently without a home due to some life trials and you gave us the comfort we needed for a these 2 days ... we will be back when we can budget it again! The hotel needs some remodeling and especially in the hallways and stairs but we are very understanding as we are business owners too .

This is a good value extended stay hotel. Adjust your expectations and you won't be disappointed. Nothing about it is particularly fancy or upscale. The clientele isn't exactly high class. It's everything you need and nothing that you don't. Would stay again.

Well this Main Stay/ COMFORT INN has it all just drive by and you can see it, hell breeze is good you can smell it!! From the awesome array of 1000s of Dog crap piles covering the lawns. The fresh crisp sent of Meth in the morning or burning Heroin. Now the fun doesn't end there, oh no just getting started. Now here we go to Neverland... As you enter the lobby you can see the very unkept and grimy reception area and your senses is tickled by the smell of Weed, meth and human feces and urine. Now while you wait for someone to actually come to the front desk to help you which probably will never happen do to the fact they themselves are getting high off of the drugs the many lovely residents sells. But don't worry a lot of the homeless stay in the lobby and will leave plenty of used drugs paraphernalia and all sorts of interesting things not to exclude of course their human waste. Now as your child is walking beside you they can pick up the paraphernalia as a souvenir so I guess it's already saving you money. ||Here's a breakdown of the exciting fun things to do at mainstay per floor.||||1st floor : nosey older ladies that makes sure every bit of your business private or not will get to the correct housekeepers so that every single person knows your bowel movement schedule as well as who visited you and what time. This is very convenient in case you forget what you're doing which very much can happen here due to the mind altering air fresheners they use. Fentanyl is there freshener of choice leaving that lovely rubber smell.||||2nd floor: DRUGS, DRUGS AND of course moe Drugs, Incase you forgot your medicine or just need even more of a reality break the many colorful salesmen are there to help you with a smile and free sample of new upcoming Rxs. *No worries of missing the pharmacy hours as they make themselves available all hours in various locations, hallways, lobby, or the outside smokers area where my son was offered a way to have his life directly sent to see Jesus.||||3rd floor:. NOW the real fun starts as your choice of "entertainment" is endless ? They have whatever your taste of fun might be from basic red light ladies of the night to the more exotic tastes. Fans only live streaming is happening here as well. As you peruse the halls you can hear all that exciting content being made. I for one am happy of all the religious content ? being made with fans only to God, never have I heard more prayers to "Oh God I'm ...." ||||I can honestly say after my families stay here we won't be EVER be returning as its way to much fun and we are s simple and boring family that enjoys a breathing Hepatitis free lifestyle. But if you are live on the brink of death and disease adventure type this is the place for you.||*100% sarcasm stay here at own risk I'm surprised the health department and or City government has not boarded up a barrel of gas in this establishment and tossed a roman candle at it. Stay away if you value your family.*
