Mazda of Lodi are great! We had a terrific experience buying a car here. We came in with our guard up, ready to fend off overzealous car sales. However we had none of that usual nonsense: Henny, our sales rep, was awesome in showing us models and options with zero pressure and lots of space to make our decision. We were able to take a test drive on our own. When we decided to buy, Mateo, the Finance Manager, walked us clearly through our options and the financing terms were excellent. Everything was transparent, with zero pressure. I can't recommend this dealer more highly.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience at Mazda of Lodi was! I came in to browse and ended up purchasing a brand-new Mazda CX-30. The sales team was absolutely phenomenal. They were not pushy at all and allowed me to take my time making a decision. The test drive was great, and they really explained the features of the car well. When it came time to discuss pricing and financing, everything was laid out clearly, and I felt comfortable with the entire process. They even helped me with my trade-in, giving me a fair price. Came into the dealership to address a concern that I thought was human error only to find that it was a design flaw at least in my opinion from Mazda regarding their CX series. My suspicions were incorrect and the wiring harness leading out from the OBD-2 port was intentional from the factory and not left exposed by the technician 1 what really made this experience even more memorable was that the general manager of the dealership took his time to address my concerns and explained it all to me at the technical level.

I arrived a little stressed and left quite happy knowing that the vehicle was recently serviced by a facility that houses such consummate professionals.
