Can’t say enough about this hotel. Sondra was simply amazing!!! All of the front desk staff made the difference. Great crew. Valets were the best. Josh and his crew went the extra mile. Highly recommend this property. It has never let me down.

Was pleasantly surprised. This is a great hotel. Not expensive but wonderful. Great room. Very comfortable and quiet. Food at the steakhouse was also very good. Great staff. Will stay here everytime in OKC. Valet is a bit expensive but it isn't part of the hotel.

I love everything about this hotel! I am a local and have been here numerous times for a quick night away. It’s luxurious and modern, very cool lobby vibes! The pool is basic however the views are incredible! On a beautiful day it truly feels like you are somewhere else! I haven’t tried the spa. I have been to all of the restaurants and the coffee shop and they are all great! I also feel the prices are actually really reasonable compared to elsewhere.

Only feedback is that I wish they didn’t shut down the roof top amenities after Labor Day. We were here in October in a gorgeous day and it would have been nice to have some service at the pool.

Other than that, I love this place.

Went to a show at the PayCom center across the stress and really enjoyed the hotel being right across the street. Made it easy for us to walk around and not have to worry about parking outside. The rooms were nice, cozy, and had a spectacular view of downtown.

I had an incredible stay at this four-star hotel, and it truly deserves five stars! The view from the 16th floor was absolutely breathtaking, making the morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel smelled wonderfully clean, which added to the overall sense of comfort and luxury. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful night. The bathroom was stunning—modern, spotless, and felt like a mini spa.

The customer service was fantastic; the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The valet parking was also a breeze—so convenient and efficient. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

The lobby is breathtaking, there are several restaurants right inside the hotel including a steakhouse making it convenient for those who prefer to stay in. The room was cute, clean, and elegant with a beautiful view. We had an event held upstairs and to my surprise the service exceeded our expectation’s for how large the group was. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. They have valet parking which is nice when you stay at such a large hotel. I had an incident as I had accidentally left my Bose headphones in the nightstand in our room after checkout. I contacted the Hotel’s loss prevention team who did everything within reason to rectify the situation. I definitely want to thank Abby for going above and beyond to help me get everything figured out.

When we arrived there was only 1 person at the counter and valets were busy so we had to open the non-automatic door ourselves. When we left it was better, but not an initial good look.

Pros:
- New hotel
- Seltzer’s diner was good
- Decor was good, and shower/couch/lights nice
- Nice view from room

Cons:
- Cheap toiletpaper, like most hotels
- Needs soft close toilet!! Basic stuff
- No liquid hand soap
- Front hotel doors should be sensor
- Relatively smaller room
- No fan in bathroom

What a great weekend! We checked in at the Omni Friday afternoon. It was a smooth process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great. It was clean, comfortable, had a great view and met all our needs. We ate at the Tap House and loved it. The rooftop pool was lovely. The bellhops and valet parking attendants were helpful. We didn’t have any negative experiences or feedback. The hotel is in a great location. The farmers market across the street was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back.
