This store and its employees are very unprofessional and quite honestly mob like . If you are a few days late on a payment even though you’ve been making payments they will call you and harass you every single day . The best part is it’s not even the same person you’ll speak to everyday … the communication is horrible . The employees will speak to you and you’ll think the issue is resolved but then they won’t notate the account on what you spoke to them in regards to nor will they pass the information along to their co workers so every single day you’ll have a different person calling you for the same thing . They threaten to take your merchandise there’s no working with the clients if life happens as other companies offer extensions and payment agreements. As a single hard working mother of three who has been doing her best to make her payments I do not need the harassment or the threats . When I called corporate they offered me no solution. In 30 years out of all the companies and stores I’ve dealt with this is by far the WORST one

Related to one the comments maked by taniah turner I was the one assulted by your manager this place is ghetgto and unprofessional they dont do their job correctly and they trying to scam people by selling faulty items and then say you broke the item clearly the company didn't want me.to take it any further so they gave me my money back same day but even yet I was humiliated embarrassed and disrespected I will never step in any rent a center after this

The manager is unhinged, and the staff don't know what they're doing. The manager physically attacked my bf after he asked for the status of the PC he rented, had to get police involved.

My store, I love it because it gives me opportunity to choose an item, and pay the same price as cash in 4-6 months. Everything thing in my studio apartment is Rent A Center Also, the store is right underneath my building, and the Store Manager Julio Adam's is very polite ppl oriented and respectful and the staff has always been very courteous and they have a Neat happy Environment. If you are reading this Go visit them at 2026 Westchester Ave Bronx, NY 10462.

I loved it! I had the wrong idea about Rent-A-Center I learned so much in my visit. The stuff was very friendly and informative. I was so pleased to find that the furniture quality is very good!

My Grandma buys here all her furniture is from there and its very nice the personal is nice and well oriented about products the manager Julio is a #1 good person and is a great leader!
