Plenty of parking outside 2 hours parking and there is a parking lot a cross the street only 20 dollars not a crowded place. My only concern is the security upstairs in waiting room to take your interview I wish he was more professional yelling and don’t solve any issues. It’s because my daughter was yelling and running around a bit was a big deal which I end up leaving and staying the street with my 1 and half year daughter.other than that on 2/23/2024 I’ll like to Thank you Officer for the interview thank you for being professional and one of a kind . You did put a smile on my wife’s face.thank you for taking your time and correcting my wife’s name. if there is ppl like you in this world the world will be a better place.

Parking is easy, they have street parking with a meter and a garage right across and they charge you flat fee!
Securities are nice and helpful.
Had my citizenship interview and the officer did ask me all 10 civic questions”I answered all of them correct” he discussed my work history with me and was nice. He did say at the end of my interview that everything looks good and I passed but he will have to review my file and mail me the decision! So I am just waiting now for this review‍♂️!
Overall a good experience and nice people.

Excellent service, starting with the security guard being respectful and friendly and the inmigration officers as well. I went three times with different family members that were doing the process and I cant say nothing but good things about this office.

A worthless office. The security guards are on a macho power trip, but at least they do their job. The USCIS officers do absolutely nothing all day. They will not move your case forward and don't even understand the law. I had to freaking sue them. Then all of a sudden, bam I am a citizen after waiting years! It would have been faster leaving the US and going through Mexico, as they do not care about lawful perma residents going through the correct channels for citizenship. Get an attorney and keep meticulous notes of your meetings. Special thanks to the US Attorney General's office for lighting a fire under their butts! GET AN ATTORNEY, I needed one and I am guaranteed citizenship in a myriad of different ways. But that does nothing if they just let your file sit there.

Very hostile when it comes to wearing a hat if you're in the room for the ceremony even if you are already a citizen. No signs posted anywhere about it as well so no clue if they were just on a powertrip or what, but I don't even know why they were so rude about it. Just be wary if you wear a hat here you might get discriminated immediately upon walking in.

It's the worst place in the world. The officers who conduct the interviews are very racist. I answered all the questions correctly and I still failed the interview just because I'm Hispanic.
