Mi experiencia en este lugar fue muy buena en los departamentos de cobertura médica y de empleo siempre estuvieron pendiente a mis documentos ahora en cuanto al departamento de la ayuda económica pésimo servicio todos sabemos que cuando ingresamos al país es difícil y nosotros esperamos esa ayuda con ansias para empezar abrir nuestro camino en este país bueno mi experiencia con ellos un desastre no lo recomiendo a nadie solo me pagaron los tres primeros meses y los demás desaparecieron por arte de magia no se donde fue a parar mis documentos que suspuestamente vivían perdidos me citaron dos veces para la misma charla ni ese control tenían para que me pagaran los primeros tres meses tuve que insistir e insistir y hasta molestar a otras personas para que revisaran si mis cheques estaban listos el trabajador de caso le escribía y jamás respondía supuestamente la directora del programa seboso revisando mi expediente para aprobar los demás meses alrededor de seis meses así me dijo el trabajador de caso conclusión me decían que me iban a pagar esos meses y nada al final me dieron larga y jamás me pagaron nada no les importa en realidad ayudarte y solo Dios sabrá…. En realidad para nada que recomiendo este lugar …..

They are trying to help the recent refugees, but I wish they would pay a bit more attention to some of their mentors. Many of the older males (I am one but don't put me in this group) look creepy. Sorry. I would not trust my daughers to have been mentored by them.

Zara is great staff member and her devotion should get them a 5 but the people running the back office for the clients are useless and really don't help.

Something strange is happening in this place. My sister arrived from Cuba and the next day she went to apply to receive the cash assistance that the government gives them. After 5 months they told him to go get his first check, and they told him that they were behind with the payments, that they could not give him the first checks of $700 yet and they began to give him checks of only $300, they also told him that Those checks were a gift so they could not claim them, as if that check were a favor from them, when that money was already deposited by the government in their checks and is now lost. We called and they told us that they are behind and they don't want to give you your first checks of $700. I think that money is going into the pockets of some worker here. because that case is the case of many that I know. This place should be investigated.
